Thepurpose of competitionlaw is toestablishandmaintain a freecompetitionscheme. Inthismasterthesis, competitioninfringments in theroadpassenger transport sectorareexamined. Inthiscontext, especiallytheagreementandconcertedactionsandabuse of dominantpositionwereemphasized. There is nosufficientconcentration in theroadpassenger transport sectortodetermine market behavior. Therefore, it has a generallycompetitivestructure. Withinthisthesis it has beenderivedtobenefitfromtherelateddecisions of thecourtsandthe Board.
