Abstract (EN)
In the judicial control of the zoning plans, the administrative jurisdictions make an audit in terms of "urban planning principles and planning fundamentals" and a provision is made accordingly. However, there is no direct regulation in the legislation regarding the scope of the audit in question, and no direct determination is made in judicial decisions. Within the scope of the study, the scope and function of the said audit regarding "urban planning principles and planning fundamentals" are tried to be determined. Judicial decisions on the subject have been examined by way of grouping, and the opinions included in the doctrine and the relevant legislative provisions have been discussed.
