Abstract (EN)

Disasters include processes that require many stakeholders to take part simultaneously in both the preparation, the intervention and the subsequent wound wrapping, improvement and reconstruction works. Especially in post-disaster studies, those who do the same work are expected to produce similar quality results. This is only possible by providing certain standards. Compliance with these standards should also be evaluated and approved for all stakeholders who do the same work. The aim of this study was established by Law No. 2009-5902 in "Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency" is to reveal the changes in the structure and logic of disaster management in Turkey. Working with models of developed countries in the world, examples of standardization and accreditation in international disaster response system, the response in Turkey, were compared in this context; "Turkey Disaster Response Plan" referring to the general framework, lack of standardization and accreditation criteria related to the creation, issues discussed, a national model proposal is presented and presented solutions.
