Abstract (EN)
Developments in today's world place great importance on women's being economically and socially active. Women who have survived years of discrimination in business life want to be successful both as employees and in their own businesses. Entrepreneurship is another tool that enables women to fulfill these wishes. Through entrepreneurship, women strengthen themselves, their environment and even their country economically. The main reason why women become entrepreneurs is that a woman wants to stand on her own feet and to have her own business. In this way, as I mentioned above, women's self-confidence will increase, they will start to provide employment as they expand their business, and ultimately will provide added value to their country's economy. At this point, women entrepreneurs may have some drawbacks and experience some problems. While these drawbacks and problems prevent some women from embarking on entrepreneurship, they may cause some women to close their existing enterprises. For example, many issues such as women's access to capital, problems between family and business life, or not having the knowledge to expand their business can be said as obstacles at this point. For these matters, states and some private institutions and organizations come to the rescue of women entrepreneurs. These organizations provide support to women's entrepreneurship with financial support such as grants or loans, as well as trainings related to their jobs, and they undertake a very critical task for women to be stronger. Incentives for women's entrepreneurship, whose importance is increasing day by day, continue to increase day by day. In this regard, in our study, many institutions and organizations both in our country and in Europe were examined and the incentives provided to women entrepreneurs were explained. In the last part of the study, the issue of whether these incentives provided to women entrepreneurs create any economic value has been examined and it has been concluded that the incentives made to women entrepreneurship have a positive contribution to the economy within the scope of econometric calculations and that the growth in the economy can lead to more women entrepreneurs.
