This study aims to clarify the nature of savings financing companies in Turkey, which have garnered significant attention due to their reliance on savings, cooperation, and solidarity among individuals. These companies employ Sharia-compliant methods, eschewing interest-based or conventional banking transactions, to assist people in purchasing homes, cars, or workplaces. The study begins by outlining the system of savings financing companies in Turkey and the relevant legal amendments. Eminevim, one such company, is examined as a case study, focusing on its history, methods, and operational stages. The study also delves into the concept of Islamic finance and its tools within Islamic banks, applying these principles to the operational methods of savings financing companies to determine the appropriate legal framework for their activities. Various Islamic legal opinions on the subject are presented, analyzed, and the most pertinent ones are identified. The study concludes that, from an Islamic legal perspective, these companies operate based on the principles of paid agency in their relationships with individuals, utilize diminishing partnerships in mutual fund relationships, and apply Mudarabah contracts in personal savings funds. It also recommends that savings financing companies introduce a gold-saving option to protect against inflation and the devaluation of savings.
