Abstract (EN)
Environmental Impact Assesment (EIA) reports are known as a guide for institutions and organizations, to the public and private sector to make a investment decision without any environmental demage, obtain industry, substructure and other foundation developing without any environmental demage. In Turkey, EIA instruction has an important mean for environmental adaptation at economic activities. In Turkey, there are many factors which badly EIA from economical point of view. Organizations, which prepares EIA reports, need a specific time to understand project features and to investigate how projects cause environmental influences.In this study, EIA ways of application and problems in EIA process, most of in Turkey, are examined. EIA stages are examined in detail. Defects which are accured every EIA satges is assemented through given EIA application examples.In this study, most of EIA application systems in Turkey were examined. Problems in EIA and solution ways were recommended
