Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to evaluate the educational quality of opera-singing departments of conservatories in Turkey with the opinions of instructors and students. This research was conducted with a semi-structured questionnaire interview and analyzed with qualitative data method. Twelve field instructors and 12 students voluntarily participated in this research. In the research, topics such as music education, vocal education, vocal health, physical conditions of conservatories, expectations of instructors and students, etc. were evaluated. NVIVO 11 software was used in the data analysis program.
