Research of natural gas imports and examining of the quantification Swot analytical method in turkey

In this Thesis; natural gas, which is one of the most important energy source for our country, was considered in conjunction with other energy sources and examined to level of production and consumption in Turkey's total energy. To start using of natural gas and growing importance of our country was mentioned in the last period, and in this direction, the natural gas imports and domestic sales were investigated. Furthermore; SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the starting in almost all imported of natural gas, which we have imported within the framework of international agreements. Including our strengths and weaknesses in the internal factors and opportunities and threats in the external factors were identified about imports. Giving a priority value for the specified value was digitized the SWOT analaysis and severity are analyzed. In addition; TOWS matrix of Turkey's natural gas imports with the aim of examining issues were created. On behalf of our country was trying to develop the import strategies. The strategies, which was identified by way of internal and external factors, were given the values which was based on the degree of importance to the strategy, and TOWS matrix also digitized, and analyzed.
