Sustainability, which is handled in three dimensions environmentally, economically, and socially, is linked to the economy through economic activities' social and ecological effects. Businesses are also active players in the concept of sustainability in terms of production processes, consumption of the products and/or services they produce, and securing their future. Therefore, sustainability has become a primary requirement for businesses not only to 'do something good' but also to increase their value and maintain their profitability. This necessity requires businesses to evaluate and measure their sustainability performance, which has made it a must to integrate business performance with sustainability performance. Health services are affected by environmental factors, social, cultural, technological, and economic changes and developments due to their nature, and they guide this change with their activities. In our country, there is no study to determine hospitals' situation on sustainability and to identify the points that need improvement. In our study, Sustainability Standards, Frameworks, and Objectives, which are widely used are; The "Standard Scale for Measuring Sustainability Performance in Hospitals" questionnaire was developed within the framework of the "Sustainability Performance Scorecard Management Model" by integrating with the "Balanced Scorecard Business Performance Management System." The aim is to provide a method for determining the situation on sustainability, integrating business performance targets and sustainability targets into hospital activities, and determining the directions needed to be improved in this way. In the implementation section, the Sustainability Performance of Public Hospitals in Adana and Kütahya provinces measured and evaluated with this method.
