Abstract (EN)
This research is conducted with the aim of categorizing the choirs according to the types of the choirs which have joined the Turkey Choir Festival, identifying the changes in the choir numbers during the festivals, examining varieties of choirs in terms of quantity and identifying the differences in the choir booklets and making suggestions. In the scope of this research, the acquired data were tabulated and categorized after the booklets which were printed for the Turkey Choir Festival were studied and scanned. In this descriptive research which is based on the survey model, the data which were acquired by qualitative research techniques were converted to the numeric data by an expert statistician. After the obtained findings were interpreted, suggestions were included by receiving an expert's opinion as well. In the consideration of the data, it is seen that the number of the choirs that join to Turkey Choir Festival increase each year in a variety, festival booklets become more orderly and integrated. In this research, it is aimed to propose solutions related to the analysed problem. Keywords: Choir Music, Choir Types, Choir Festival
