Abstract (EN)
Macrofungi are a group of organisms that form fructification structures visible to the naked eye. These organisms have edible forms as well as highly toxic ones. When mentioning macrofungi, members of Basidiomycota and Ascomycota come to mind. The members of the Sclerodermataceae, which are the subject of this study, are evaluated within the Boletales order in Basidiomycota. However, uncertainties still persist regarding the taxonomic status of this family both at the family level and in terms of the genera and species it contains. Relationships that were evaluated phenotypically until recently are now assessed with molecular phylogenies thanks to advanced molecular and phylogenetic techniques. Moreover, fungal materials related to these types of organisms are becoming increasingly important, and their re-evaluation with molecular phylogenies is producing reliable data. The aim of our study was to conduct this evaluation. As a result, samples collected from different regions of our country have been evaluated according to the aforementioned methodology. It was shown that K01 (and others) is related to Sc. verrucosum, K07 (and others) to Sc. meridionalr, K11 (and others) to Sc. geaster, K15 (and others) to Sc. citrinum, K18 (and others) to Sc. cepa, K21 (and others) to Sc. bovista, and K21 (and others) to Sc. areolatum.
