Abstract (EN)

In this study, triole wrist exercise was examined on ud instrument. Two different experimental designs were created. The effect of the triole wrist exercise on the plectrum technique was examined both by performing triole exercise in the determined time periods and on a piece of music played. The experiments were made independently. The same study plan was used in both experiments. This experimental plan was designed to last for seven days. In this plan, the subjects were given triole wrist exercise tasks. Exercise tasks were performed at the determined metronome speeds specific to the subjects. Exercise tasks were implemented in varying periods each day. In the first experiment, triole wrist exercise was performed at the specified time periods and these pre-test and post-test data were recorded by video and audio recorder on certain days. Data on the musculoskeletal systems of the subjects participating in this experiment were taken one day before the start of the study plan and the day after they were finished. In this experiment, the changes in the musculoskeletal system of the subjects were determined by questionnaires, hand-thumb force measurements and valpar work tools used to evaluate hand skills. In the second experiment, first, a music piece containing much use of triole was determined and this music piece was performed by suitable subjects. The selected subjects played one day before the start of the study plan and the day after they were finished. The changes in the plectrum technique in the tests were recorded and analyzed using video and audio recorder as in the first experiment. As a result, it appears that technique levels have increased.
