Abstract (EN)
In order to determine human development, it is necessary to master many issues related to human. Human development differs from geography to geography and from country to country. In human life, as well as health, education, income and job opportunities, the state of freedom and the economic or individual freedom status of the people are also important. The purpose of the thesis study is to reveal the new potential situations of countries when the dimensions of freedom are added to the dimensions included in the analysis phase of human development reports showing the development potential of each country. Multi Criteria Decision Making methods were chosen for the study. In the first step, life expectancy, health and income index; Afterwards, six criteria were determined by taking personal freedom, economic freedom and individual freedom index. Life expectancy, income and health indices were analyzed with ARAS, MAUT, SAW and Borda Count Methods, and then, new analyzes of countries were introduced by adding freedom indices to the criteria. As a result of the study, it was determined that the freedom data of the countries and their values and rank changed in the nine years examined. In the 3 criteria analysis, which includes life expectancy, health and income index, the effect of income index came to the fore and Qatar, Brunei, Bahrein, Oman, Kuweyt, United Arab Emirates ranked high. In the new analyzes including the freedom indices, it was observed that these countries experienced serious value and rank losses. In addition, Russia and Chinese are countries that have lost value. In all analyzes, Chad, Niger, Syria, Yemen and Ethiophia have been the last ranked countries by years.
