Abstract (EN)

The study is an observational prospective survey study consists of 45 questions in total. The first 9 questions include demographic data, and the remaining 36 questions are related to the attitudes and behaviors of anesthesiologists towards the application of preoperative premedication. Physicians actively working in Anesthesiology and Reanimation clinics were included in the study. Data was obtained by filling out the survey questions online. In this study, we aimed to investigate the attitudes and behaviors of anesthesiologists in preoperative premedication practice and at the same time to raise awareness on the subject. As a result, the awareness rate of physicians participating in this survey regarding their preoperative premedication practice attitudes was found to be 74.3%.
