Abstract (EN)
Throughout history, our world has witnessed wars, peace, many demolitions and new formations. International migration, which affects the economic, cultural, social and political structures of both receiving and migrating countries, is an important issue to be managed in international cooperation. Problems appears communication and harmony emerge and the social balance deteriorates with the international migration and sharing of the same environment of individuals with different structures such as language, religion and culture. Within this framework, it is important that each country develops migration policy in line with its own benefits and priorities. The last quarter of the 18th century, which has a large ethnic backgrounds in geography and a rich history that process until today, the Ottoman Empire and its successor, the Republic of Turkey was faced with many mass migration movements. Turkey, the nation-state organization in the first year that the basis of starting with the migration of those from Turkey descendants and the Turkish culture and the impact of globalization, neighboring countries internal turmoil occurring in and continuing migration movements settlement policy with the result of the start of negotiations with the European Union immigration of foreigners, several such exchanges and immigration laws tried to manage with tools. This study consists of three parts when discussing the issue of international migration in the first part, the second part of the 18th century until today described migrate to Turkey and Turkey in the last part of the migration management were examined.
