Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to determine undergraduate students' accounting course phobia level. For this purpose, 88 males and 54 females studying at Hasan Kalyoncu and Şırnak Universities participated in the study. A questionnaire consisting of 25 items was implemented. The questionnaire consists of two parts; the first part collecting the demographic profile of the respondents and the second part gathering the opinions of the respondents concerning accounting course phobia. The study revealed that the undergraduate students' accounting course phobia level was low. The results also showed that participants' phobia level changed significantly regarding father education level, department, type of university, and starting a business after graduation variables, while their phobia level did not change significantly concerning their age, gender, grades, high school types, and presence of an accountant family member variables.
