Abstract (EN)
It is getting harder and harder to provide employment as soon as they graduate from university by opening job fields for young people, who are individuals who will shape the future, in our country's conditions. There are many reasons that affect the motivation and concentration of senior students who are trying to plan their future while trying to graduate successfully. Career stress and hopelessness are among the most important causes. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of students' career stress and hopelessness levels on their akış experiences, which are defined as optimal performance mood or optimal experience in some sources, and concepts such as clear goals and full focus are the most important factors. There are 285 participants in the research, 53.3% of whom are female and 46.7% are male, who are studying in the last year of university. Participants filled out an online form including demographic information form, career stress scale, beck hopelessness scale and akış life scale. Statistical analyzes were made in IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program. The "Independent Sample t-Test" was used to analyze the differences between the two groups, and the "One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)" test was used for the differences between 3 or more groups. The relations between the variables were examined with the "Pearson Correlation Coefficient" and the effects were examined with the "Multiple Linear Regression Analysis". According to the results of the research, it was observed that the career stress levels, hopelessness levels and akış life levels of the students differ according to their personal characteristics as a result of the data obtained from the demographic information form applied. It has been determined that as career stress levels of students increase, their level of akış experience decreases, their anxiety level, which is a akış experience subscale, increases, and as their hopelessness level increases, their akış experience level decreases, while their anxiety level, which is a akış experience subscale, increases.
