Abstract (EN)

Of strategic management basic management processes analyzed in terms of the organization structure design, control system design of the organizational structure, depending on the strategy, structure, and regulatory compliance a certain harmony to ensure that, and after all the change management and implementation of corporate strategic management process of understanding the basic elements should be treated as. Determination of realizing the objectives to be applied in the options against objectives, internal and external sources of what happened, internal and external circumstances of what happened, and internal and external stakeholders of the conditions to reconcile with the strategic management approach basic management processes impact on strategy determining step is important. In this study, the main management processes at universities in terms of strategic management analysis and research on the applicability are given. University strategic management in terms of basic management processes relating to the applicability of the definition and characteristics of strategic management regarding the nature of the conceptual explanations are given. In addition, strategic management in universities and fundamental analysis are given in terms of the management process. The basis of the strategic management process in terms of management, prepared for the evaluation asked questions in the survey, statistical analysis can be obtained, is intended to be measured.
