Abstract (EN)
In this study, a reaction-convection and diffusion type population model wasdeveloped. for analyzing population of some neighboring local regions. The modelenhances the existing models, considering immigrations across neighboring locations, dueto differences in productivity. This model has been tested on several local regions inTurkey with population data from TUIK(Turkish Statistical Institute).The results show thatthe predicted populations comply with the real data.
