Abstract (EN)

In this study, the transcription of XXVI numbered court records are made for evaluating the governing, socio ?cultural and socio-economical situations of the era 1301-1302(1883-1885 A.D) In the first part where the governmental and foundational is examined, it can be seen clearly that there are rapid changes in the governmental structures of the Ottoman State with the period of Tanzimat. In the second part where the social and economical structures have been examined, some predictions have been made due to the various materials, clothes used in daily life and their qualifications of them taking the example of Antalya of the Ottoman family in hand. During the mentioned era, it can be understood that people who are not Muslims have taken part in every phase of governmental and social life. Non-Muslims who earn their life from trade or handicrafts live a wealthy life. Muslim citizens generally earn their livings from agriculture and growing animals. According to the Heritage Justice applications a social cooperation and a social state idea are at an ideal level in Ottoman State. In the last part of the study, the case decisions including the social and financial conflicts, teacher and Imam Assignment governmental decisions, the religious and the social implementations such as charitable institutions and rü?yet-i hilal have been examined.
