The effect of real estate sales to foreigners on national macroeconomics indicators

The purpose of this study, Turkey's economy locomotive sector of the alleged construction sector, location subheading which produced real estate foreign nationals of data related to sales to the macro in the economy through the input as well as sales volumes obtained necessary by comparison with economic data will be determined. The study will try to understand the relations between total foreign trade income, sales volumes and some indices and sales to foreign nationals. In addition, the effects of the pandemic in the current process of Turkey's economy will also be investigated for losses and will try to gain understanding. Necessary measures to be taken and possible projections will be tried to be produced according to the total results of the examination made in this respect.
