Abstract (EN)

Fundemental reason of why content management systems may not assort with corporations' humanistic processes in practical life and why workflow management softwares which corresponds but may not be built in a structure flexible enough and useable by most of the organization layers; has been researched. Non friendly functional and inflexible traditional model usage in content management systems or similar developments, results the need of a workflow supported expendable new generation model development. This situation also arises from the inability of prividing realistic information lifecycle to organization activities in different complex levels and managerial structures. In the study work, exposed problem has been analysed by interdisciplinary approach and new generation data life cycles has been developed that is far away from present data storage approaches. In the study work, the present problem has been analysed by interdisciplinary approach and a model has been designed different than modern day data storage approaches with improving primitive user life cycles. After software has been developed and example data has been input for integration to the research area; technological and mobile supported outputs in satisfactory levels taken, thanks to the controller technology that took software plugin and theme structures, and it supports the model's right functioning fact; besides the productivity in data stowage.
