Abstract (EN)
Hybridity can be defined as the meeting of two different situations. The situation that is desired and expected to be emphasized in the new situation; it is positioning together instead of destroying each other. Many situations can be defined as "mixed" if they are related to the environment or previous periods in cultural or physical terms. Hybridization and hybridization can be considered as a very comprehensive topic in the field of architecture, which is the subject of the study. Many situations in this area can be defined as "hybrid" depending on where they are looked at, and can be handled within this scope.First, we will examine the general position of the concept of hybridity in the field of architecture, and then information will be given about the evaluation of the concept of hybridity within the limits and scope of the research. The process of determining this scope is a discussion within the conceptual framework and its reflection on the architecture. In this study, in the context of cultural hybrids and the discourse where these hybrids are reproduced, Third Space is associated and concretized with the "Place" on which the buildings are located in the architectural field. Locality, local, new and similar concepts, which can be considered as one of the main dynamics of the concept of hybridity, as well as comparisons and mutual evaluations of these concepts with each other are discussed. Hybrid space approaches have been examined through examples according to the way they are handled. The factors that make up the "hybrid space" in architecture have been investigated. In terms of hybridity and spatial relationship, an approach and a way of handling were determined and common readings were made. The study data were evaluated through the "Erimtan Archeology and Art Museum". Evaluation; It has been examined over the elements that make up the hybrid space determined in the study.
