Abstract (EN)

258 patients diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) who applied to Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Department of Hematology between 01.2008-12.2018 were evaluated retrospectively. During the treatment period of the patients, the need for erythrocyte suspension (ES), thrombocyte suspension (TS) and fresh frozen plasma (FFP), thrombocyte refractoriness, bleeding, severe bleeding and bleeding-related death rates were determined. In addition, demographic characteristics, diagnosis type, laboratory values, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy and extramedullary disease, treatment response and survival were compared between patients with and without bleeding and severe bleeding.
