Abstract (EN)
According to the definition of the United Nations organization, young, between 15 and 25 years of age, is defined as a person who is studying, does not work to earn his life, and does not have a separate home (Yörükoğlu, 1988, p.3). By Gökmen and others, youth is defined as an age zone, developmental stage, or social layer (Gökmen et al., 1985, p.81), which is seen and interpreted in different segments with different approaches. Based on future concerns, there are a number of reasons why adults should justify their "upbringing" actions that we can define as rigorous, careful, and more responsive on young people. The best way to grow your youth is for you, the grownups, the most productive for society. The community is the youth that is dynamic in i-Chu that provides the development and change process. As a development and change is a prerequisite for the survival of the society, a conception is the near future of humanity (Gökmen et al., 1985, p.81). about 06% of Turkey's population has a high learning level is above 300,000 as the number of digits (Ak Han et al, 1988, sh.l). About 35% of these are in residence in Higher Education Loan and Dormitories Institution. Significant characteristics of this period, which has characteristics of transition from childhood to adulthood, include excitement, emotions, relationships that can be established and destroyed quickly, influence ^ fi.nme, drift, variability, attractiveness, leadership, properties. Having all these features with the young can be included in the adult class, finding new values, finding an identity, earning status, getting a job, finding a partner, etc. He is making efforts to find answers to the questions. There are great opportunities for adolescence, but this period is like a country with many places uninhabited, no human footprint, uncharted territory, a well-known country (Jersild, 1974, p.6). He wants to meet his purpose by using the existing young possibilities. However, the qualities mentioned above are influential in its development, in its role and position in society. Young people who face various problems know that they are always expected to solve them. Opportunities may not always be at the desired level. In this case, a young team may have unwanted behavior. For this reason, as far as Jersild is concerned, no matter how many studies are undertaken, the identification of the map, the specification of its features, the preparation of necessary facilities and the presentation of young people will be the most productive investment for both individuals and society. It is imperative that the dormitories which have a very important place in the society and where a significant part of the youth with high school education are accommodated with contemporary facilities from all sides and the best accommodation services and development possibilities should be given to the returning students. The students who live in our dormitories come from different regions of our country and therefore they show different feelings, thoughts, attitudes, habits and behaviors. A young person who lives under the control and protection of the family until a certain age is confronted as a timid, timid, incompetent, incapable individual who is insecure, unable to comprehend his responsibilities when he or she is completely on his own. The expression goes back to "the fish that came out of the water" (Uluğtekin, 1987, p.4) • Education is a bit. Even if the educational function is carried out by certain institutions, there are many factors influencing it, such as the dormitory, the pension etc. which have a direct effect on education and training. such as the development of the educational environment, the implementation of educational activities in the direction of the objectives, as we have already mentioned, as well as the best way of evaluating leisure time, the students' personalities and developments, it will enable integrity. It would be possible for us to establish a healthy dialogue with them in the effort we are working closely with the problems, common features and expectations of this youth group we serve. Students living in dormitories have a number of social and psychological problems. These problems lead to negative effects on the development of the students, as well as their personal experiences both in the country, in the school and in the private sector. The most important issues that constitute students' problems are difficulties in decision-making, difficulty in sleeping, and the problems of being in a continuous situation. The problem of harmonization with the domestic life is also a remarkable dimension. When you look at the source of the problems, the most important sources of problems are economic and personal reasons. This is followed by the marriage environment in the country and the future job and occupational situations. While the fear of the most important people in the personal problems of the students is in the first place, it is seen that 8.5% of the students say that no one can help me. Things such as feeling alone, being unable to control the feelings of anger and enmity, and being overly shy are important in personal problems. Again, while 39% of the students showed the absence of places to have fun, among the difficulties encountered in establishing a friendship relationship with the opposite sex from personal problems, the drawbacks are creating di-code, economic possibilities and the problems of not thinking about it for the time being. In the face of emerging problems, a large part of the students' behaviors come from talking to close friends and seeking solutions individually. It is customary to contact the relevant experts and managers in case of problems. It is so small that it can not be called. On the other hand, the proportion of the girls going to crying and crying is about five times higher than the males. Chatting with colleagues, studying and listening to radio-TV to evaluate students' spare time in their extracurricular activities. watching activities. Among other important things are reading newspapers, going to coffee, reading books and magazines, and doing sports. Of particular note here is that more than half of the students go to coffee, which is higher than the proportion of students who read book-magazines. In addition, the proportion of pupils participating in educational activities is extremely small. This is where students can evaluate their spare time within a program, staff, facilities and sites, equipment and so on. If the problems can not be solved, it is effective. In less developed countries on issues such as education and barın¬ Turkey is al¬ first place in almost every straw agenda. On the one hand, entering a desired high school, on the other hand economic problems and the problems of housing during the course of education. Turkey "a variety of high Öğren¬Ci those in school housing needs greatly YURTKUR, 'a dependent residence meets. Increasing numbers of students to parallel it to the dormitory and housing while the number of students is also increasing every day. The lack of commercial establishments of the country, Öğren¬Ci from getting the cost of housing is very low, the physical and economic opportunities of the countries always kept constrained. Services offered with limited opportunities are not very satisfied with the students. As a matter of fact, the majority of the students say that they feel unhappy, tired and squeezed because of the life of their country, and that their homeland is causing problems in the course of studying. about 26% of the students say "I am satisfied with my stay in the country, I do not think otherwise", while 67% say it is opposite. Dialogue between dormitory managers and students is well below expected level. The large part of the students express neither the managers nor the managers receiving help in the face of the problems. Nearly half of the students want to have a library in the country, but they also want to find cinema-theater shows, indoor sports hall, infirmary, guest rooms and foreign language laboratories. In the implementation of educational activities carried out in the country, there is no contemporary educational program. The program concludes with the selection of specific fields of activity, the assignment of one of the existing personnel, the work to be carried out on a certain day, place and time, and the demonstration or tournament to be held on a certain day towards the end of the semester and the training activities of that year.
