Abstract (EN)
Our young people, who were born between 1997 and 2010 and live in a period called Z generation, where technology and information are readily available and innovations develop very rapidly, have high expectations from digital banking, which includes the innovations brought by the digital age so that they can engage in sustainable banking activities. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the direction in which the digital structures of the banks should develop in the future, which issues the customers attach importance to when choosing a bank, and the main issues that come to the fore in the bank preference of the Z generation. In the study, a likert scale type survey was conducted with the participation of 412 students studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. The obtained information was analyzed in the computer environment, in the SPSS program. Parametric tests were used because the data showed normal distribution. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was concluded that banks should act reasonably about costs and fees, develop mobile banking, make the interface in the banking application clear, increase the product variety of digital applications, increase the perception of reliability, take an active role in the management of users' savings, mobile applications should be more understandable and ease of use. has been reached.
