Abstract (EN)

Lipases are the part of the hydrolases that act on carboxylic ester bonds. The physiologic role of lipases is to hydrolyze triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides, fatty acids ,and glycerol. This versatility makes lipase the enzyme of choice for potential applications in the food ,detergent , pharmeceutical, leather, textile, cosmetic, and paper industries. In this works, wastewater of an olive factory from Yusufeli (Artvin,Turkey) and Söke (Aydın,Turkey) were collected carefuluy. Based on differenciess of colony morphologies, 13 isolates were selected and purified for identification. 16S rRNA analayses revealed that the isolates belong to Bacillus genus. In this study , we choice Bacillus sp L1S isolates the bacterial lipase. The purified lipase showed optimal activity at 45°C in pH 8. The molecular mass of the lipase was determined approximately 27 kDa on SDS-PAGE. In the light of all data it has been suggested that the enzyme's biocatalytic properties proved to be one of the important industrial enzymes.
