The sample of the research consists of 579 students in the quantitative dimension and 12 students in the qualitative dimension. T-Test, Pearson Correlation and Hierarchical Regression Analysis were used for data analysis and content analysis was performed. In the research findings, it was seen that demographic variables such as economic status, class level and school type, self-compassion, childhood experiences and basic psychological needs were significant predictors of bullying victimization. In addition, in the light of high school students' opinions, experiences of bullying victimization, effects of victimization, risk factors and protective factors were determined. As a result, it was concluded that high school students' bullying victimization is related to individual characteristics and past experiences, and familial and environmental factors.
