Tuhfetü'l-Ahyâr alâ'd-Dürri'l-Muhtâr" adlı eserin "Kitâbu't-Talâk" bölümünün Talâku's-Sarîh başlığından Talâku'l-Merîz başlığına kadarki kısmının tahkîk ve incelemesi / The book of divorce (Tuhfat al-Akhiyar Alaa al-Dur al-Mukhtar) from the beginning of divorcing book till the patient's divorce

The issue of divorce is a Thorny issue in the Islamic Fiqh of it's different doctrines and orientations and many theories opinions judgements and conclusions were put together with the text and measurements and that scholars worked on opinions on which their doctrines differed and they pointed to the directives that led to what they said in the rulings on divorce. And what we have achieved in this research deals with an important aspect of those opinions that the author mentioned about a group of Muslim scholars. Where our research focused on achieving the divorce book from the footnote called (Tuhfat Al-Akhiyar alaa Al-Dur Al-Mukhtar) until the patient's divorce. The research was divided into chapters، chapter one is the academic department that we divided it into five sections we talked in the first section about the life of the author of the book Imam Al-khatib Al-Tamartashi where we covered his personal life and his works and we dealt with the definition of his strength and his importance. And the second of the first chapter we dealt with the translation of Imam Al-Haskafi the owner of the commentary we also showed his personal and scientific life and showed the importance of his explanation of the book. Then the third of the first chapter we dealt with the life of the footnote owner that we achieved Ibrahim bin Mustafa Al-Halabi. And in the fourth section of the first chapter we talked about the era of the author of the footnote and we discussed it from a scientific political، economic and cultural point of view. Then in the fifth and final section of the first chapter we made a study of the book and we talked about it's title and the author's resources in the description of the copies that we adopted in the investigation. We then showed our approach to achieving these copies and how to meet them and developed pictures for the copies of the manuscripts that we adopted in our investigation. After that comes the second chapter of the research in which we dealt with the investigation of the text that begins with the book of divorce and ends the patient's section. Then after that we ended with a conclusion and we have indexed the source and reference indexed the media and an index of the names of the books mentioned in the section that was achieved.
