We organized the material that we collected according to the main administrative aspects that we see that Omar bin Abdulaziz was interested in, and it is a personal administration with a significant impact from the figures of Islamic history, this study dealt with (Omar bin Abdulaziz - an historical study from within the jurisprudence of Islamic politics),, It was in three chapters and a conclusion, between the first chapter the biography of Omar bin Abdul Aziz before the caliphate and his learning and elders and mentioned some of his life before the caliphate in the era of the successors of his predecessors, his method and his policy in his succession. This chapter included the personal life of Omar bin Abdul Aziz and his biography before he took the caliphate, and how he assumed Caliphate, his method and his policy in the case How many. As for the second chapter, it clarified the concept of management, Omar bin Abdulaziz's administrative characteristics, administrative functions and principles of his time, and his religious and social duties. As for the third chapter, he explained, the rules and principles of Omar bin Abdulaziz in appointing workers, in isolating them and excusing them, and also dealing with the rulers of Omar bin Abdul Aziz, the sayings and opinions of scholars and historians on the authority of Omar bin Abdul Aziz and his succession. And perhaps the information contained in this humble research will be of benefit to the lovers of knowledge and knowledge, and I do not claim perfection, because perfection is for God alone, and God is behind the intention. Key Words: The administrative system of Omar bin Abdulaziz, a historical study from within the Sharia policy نظمنا المادة التي جمعناها تبعا للجوانب الرئيسية الإدارية التي نراه أن عمر بن عبدالعزيز اهتم بها، وهي إدارة شخصية ذات أثر كبير من شخصيات التأريخ الإسلامي، تناولت هذه الدراسة (النظام الإداري عند عمر بن عبد العزيز-دراسة تأريخيه من ضمن فقه السياسة الشرعية)، ، وكانت في ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، بين الفصل الاول سيرة عمر بن عبد العزيز قبل الخلافة وتعلمه وشيوخه وذكر بعض من حياته قبل الخلافة في عهد خلفاء الذين سبقوه، ومنهجه وسياسته في خلافته وتضمن هذا الفصل الحياة الشخصية لعمر بن عبد العزيز وسيرته قبل توليه الخلافة، وكيفية توليه الخلافة ومنهجه وسياسته في الحكم. أما الفصل الثاني فقد بين مفهوم الإدارة، وصفات عمر بن عبد العزيز الإدارية، والوظائف والمبادئ الإدارية في عصره، وواجباته الدينية والاجتماعية. وأما الفصل الثالث قد بين، قواعد واصول عمر بن عبد العزيز في تعيين العمال، وفي عزلهم واعفائهم، وتناول ايضا ولاة عمر بن عبد العزيز، وأقوال وآراء العلماء والمؤرخين عن عمر بن عبد العزيز وخلافته وختمت الرسالة بخاتمة بين فيها اهم ما توصلت اليه من نتائج. وعسى أن تكون المعلومات التي ضمها هذا البحث المتواضع أن تكون ذات فائدة لمحبي العلم والمعرفة، ولا أدعي الكمال، فالكمال Ϳ وحده، والله من وراء القصد. الكلمة المفتاحية: النظام الإداري عند عمر بن عبد العزيز، دراسة تأريخية من ضمن فقه السياسة الشرعية.
