One of the most important basic Islamic sciences is Islamic juris prudence. In fact, it is the most important science on a daily, in terms of benefiting from it and its necessity in the daily and immediate life of the Muslim. Over the ages, many distinct schools of jurisprudence have emerged, each with its own characteristics and features. Jurists distinguished by their effort and the discussion of actual and non-actual issues, which gave the school agreat, indeed very large jurisprudential and questioning wealth that is branches attested to Among the most important books of this school are the books of (Fatwa), which contain many diverse issue, benefits, and long detailed branches. Based on this and the desire to serve this blessed science, the choice was made for a book of Fatwas on (Hanafi) jurisprudence that is neither old nor new a later era, with the same advanced and distinguished quotes of (Imam Al-Bazzazi) and the unique comments of (Imam Al-Ramli, may Allah have mercy on him), and the extensive quotes that indicate the breadth of the Sheikh's knowledge and the abundance of his readings and in sights. The study aimed at the manuscript or the miraculous books of the (Bazzaziyya Fatwas), the concise collection of the doctrine of the great (Imam Abu Hanifa, by Najmuddin-Bin Al-Ramli, Al- Hanafi). This study studied the miraculous jokes of Al-Ramli and investigated the prescribed section, which contains two sections: an analysis section and an investigation section.
