Es-Sa'dî'nin (Ö. 1376) Tefsîri'l-Kerîmi'r-Rahmân ve el-Müderris'in (Ö. 1426) Mevâhıbı'r-Rahmân isimli tefsirlerinde itikâdî konular (Mukayeseli tefsir çalışması)

In this thesis, the researcher dealt with revealing the verses that contains doctrinal contents by comparing two contemporary interpretations of Ahl al-Sunnah: the interpretation of Tayseer al-Karim al-Rahman and the interpretation of Mawahib al-Rahman, which have not been discussed from this aspect before and are worthy of study and research. The aim of the study is to identify similarities and differences in the two interpretations through verses of doctrinal issues, and to introduce the two interpreters and their approach to the verses of creed. This research dealt with three main parts: Chapter One dealt with the issue of divinities, such as the increase and decrease of faith, the rule of the perpetrator of the major sin, and the divine attributes and their divisions in general, as well as the issue of fate and destiny and the difference between them according to the two shaykhs. Chapter Two dealt with the issue of prophecies and discussed the issue of the humankind's need for it in general, as well as some issues such as the conditions of prophecy, belief in prophets and messengers, their infallibility and miracles, and as well as refuting some of the suspicions about them. Chapter Three dealt with the issue of reported matters, such as proving the punishment and bliss of the grave, and the resurrection, as well as dealing with the issue of the Lake-Fount, intercession, the scale and the straight path, according to the two shaykhs. At the end of his study, the researcher presented the most important conclusions he reached. Among the findings of his comparative study were the agreement of the two shaykhs on most issues, their support and advocacy of the doctrine of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah, and their criticism of the doctrines of the people of heresy.
