Abstract (EN)

In our study, it is searched for the effects of Turkish Grand National Assemblymembers, who worked between 1923 and 1938, on internal and external policy of TurkishRepublic. In order to evaluate these effects , it is represented too many characteristics in the firstinstances of the deputies activities who and studies at that time, the constitution of TurkishGrand National Assembly, the governments which were established at that term, the importantpolitical activities of these governments, the education levels of deputies by considering theirterm, the rates of their second language knowladge, legislations and reforms. These activitieswere given by considering the whole subject and also in a chronological order.It is understood that there is no difference in both their programmes and theconcerned activities of Turkish National Assembly governments which worked between 1923and 1938 when Republican People?s Party leaded to internal and external policy.
