Abstract (EN)

SUMMARY Synthesis And Structural Identification Of Some Acyl And Aroil Derivatives Of 2-Amino-l,3,4-ThiodiazoIes In this study, three novel acetyl derivatives of 2-amino- 1, 3,4-thiadiazoles were synthesized by a nucleophilic acyl substitution reaction with acetyl chloride and acetic anhydride. Using a similar reaction route, benzoyl derivatives were also prepared by a reaction of 2-amino- 1,3,4- thiodiazoles with benzoyl chloride and benzoic anhydride. Morever, a nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2- arnino-l,3,4-tbiodiazoles with ethyl chloro formate was investigated and ethoxy carbonyl derivatives of 1,3,4-tbiodiazoles were obtained. In addition, three precursor 2-amino- 1, 3,4-thiodiazoles one of which thought to be a new compound were obtained during the study. Original nitrile compound was also obtained while synthesizing the precursor compound. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were evaluated by ^-NMR, 13C- NMR/APT, IR and UV-VİS spectroscopy. The methods for synthesis were given, and possible reaction paths and mechanisms were discussed.
