The morphological analysis of the detach houses of the Master architects in 20th century

SUMMARY The Morphological Analysis of the Detach Houses of the Master Architects in 20th Century The house which is a building type and also one of the most serious problems of architecture, is certainly designs by any designer. Purpose of this study is to present some spatial organisation types to the designer for support their design by investigation of the well designed houses. Therefore the detached houses of master architects in 20* century is chosen for study and investigated with morphological analysis method In the first chapter scope of the study is defined, morphological analysis methods are explained in the context of the space syntax. Architectural characters of the chosen master architects of the 20th century and describe and then their detached houses are revealed. In the second chapter morphological analysis methods are applied to these houses. The access graphs, the plan graphs and the dual graph presentation is prepared and adjacency graph tables for each floor is consisted to depend on the plans In the third chapter findings of the analysis methods are summarized. The methods which could not applied are explained with the reasons. In the forth chapter the results obtained from the study and changes in the house design during 20th century are explained.
