Shariyye records is the book in which court records are kept by Qadis in the Ottoman Shariyye courts. The social, economic and legal life of the osmnali society is the historical first-hand resources that serve to transfer the social life of the customs, traditions and Customs to us in the best way. They would record both the events they saw and the various documents that came before them. Therefore, it is possible to find many documents related to the period in these books. Shariyye records are among the first sources to apply for research on Ottoman society. The Diyarbakır Shariyye register (h 1320-1322/m 1902-1905), numbered 275, was prepared using photocopied copies from micro-films in the original ISAM Library.
