Abstract (EN)
In this study, 4000g/mol polyethylene (PE) thin films were prepared by using thermal evaporation method. Film thicknesses are determined as 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000 nanometers. The dielectric constant (K'), dielectric energy loss (K''), AC conductivity ((sac) and electrical modulus (M՛) values were measured according to the frequency, thickness and temperature of the films that differ from each other. The frequency range has been determined between 1Hz-20MHz and as the temperature between 100˚C and -40˚C. Based on the results, AC conductivity and possible polarization mechanisms were determined within the structure.
