Dukakin according Tahrir Book, number 499

In the first part of our work, which consists of four parts, historical, geographical andpolitical information about Balkans and Dukakin Sancak was given in general. In the second part, general explanations about the provincial administrative organization of the Ottoman State and the place of Dukakin Sanjak was mentioned. In the third part, Dukakin Sanjak's was examined thoroughly and the population figures were tried to be reached after giving general information about the population and settlement, evaluation of population data of Ottoman State. In the fourth part, tax types of the Ottoman economy was searched from the information about tax collected in the starboard and the law of the defunct.
