Abstract (EN)
In this study, microstrip patch antenna designs with square, circular, and triangular geometric patch shapes have been developed. The designs were implemented using FR4, Rogger 5880, Rogger 4003C, and Rogger RO4350B dielectric substrates. The designed antennas operate at center frequencies of 5.7 GHz, 7.1 GHz, 28 GHz, and 38 GHz, which are used in 5G communication systems. The geometric shapes and dielectric substrate materials of the designed antennas were evaluated based on their power reflection coefficients, bandwidth, and gain performance. Keywords: Microstrip patch antennas, 5G Communication, Antenna design, Antenna performance.
