Abstract (EN)

In this study, the transcription and evaluation of The Sarajevo Court Record Numbered 6 have been done and the research has aimed to lend assistance to studies that will be made of the history of Sarajevo and its registries. Our thesis includes the records of the courts in between the years H.1165- 1175/M.1752-1762. By this means, the economic, social, political and cultural life of Sarajevo has been analysed in detail. Our thesis titled 'The Evaluation and Transcription of The Sarajevo Court Record Number 6 (H.1165-1175/ M.1752-1762) consists of an introduction part and three main parts. In the introduction part of our thesis, detailed information takes part, as fırst about the conquering of Bosnia which is done by The Ottoman Empire, and then about the establishment and the period of the development of the city Sarajevo. In the first main part, after giving detailed information about qadi registries, The Sarajevo Court Record Number 6 is transferred with its whole features and also the other register studies that are made on it, are given place to in this part. In the second section, the recordings of the registry are distributed according to their topics and analysed comprehensively. And in the third part, administrative units, foundation Works, government officials and occupational groups which take part in the register are explained. Our study ends up with the appendix section. In this section, the transcription of The Sarajevo Court Record Number 6 is found along with some samples of the records that take part in the registry and also some visuals of Sarajevo are added to this section.
