The Preschool student's determination of science process skills (60 - 72 months)

This study aims to continue to preschool children ages 6 to determine the level of scientific process skills and compare the scientific process skills level in terms of different variables. The study group Research, 2013-2014 academic spring semester of Kütahya Province Directorate of Education due to independent kindergartens and who are being educated in kindergarten in elementary schools within 174 of the 15 school girls, has a total of 342 students 168 men. Data collection tool developed by the researchers consists of 22 questions, KR-20 reliability coefficient was 0.79 calculated as scientific process skills test was used. Observation of the scientific process skills test basic process skills, estimation, classification, communication, measurement, inference consists of subscales. The data obtained were analyzed using statistic package. The results present; students private and to receive training in the state, parental education, a statistically significant association of children between the scientific process skills linked to before pre-school education and teacher of open education or state of being graduated from college that formal education was seen. However, a significant relationship between science process skills linked to gender and maternal occupation is unprecedented. As a result, in particular education students to education in the state, before preschool education for students who receive education in the students and teachers of teachers of students who graduate from formal education science process skills than students who graduated from the Open University has been significantly higher.
