Subscription agreements under the Law on the Consumer Protection of 6502

The subject of this study is Subscription Agreements within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. Mainly, the innovations brought by TKHK numbered 6502 within the scope of subscription agreements were targeted and researched. Firstly, the developments related to the subscription agreement in the European Union and the developments related to the subscription agreements in Turkish Law and the developments related to the subscription agreements in the Turkish Law are mentioned. In addition, information about the purpose, scope, elements, legal nature and types of subscription agreements were given. In order to prevent the grievances related to subscription agreements, the regulations made within the scope of the subscription agreements of Article 52 of TKHK numbered 6502 are included, but it is aimed to raise the awareness of the consumers.
