Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the insect species, which are harmful on Crimean pine(P. nigra Arnold), in Adana forests. The study was intensified at Adana vicinity, Feke,Saimbeyli, Pos and Pozantı Forest Maenagement Directories, where black pine growsnaturally, but at the other provinces it was made as survey study.As a result of the study, 9 harmful insects which were harmful Crimean pine (P. nigraArnold) from Thaumetopoeidae, Curculionidae, Scolytidae, Pyralidae, Tortricidae familiesand 2 predators from Cleridae and Trogossitidae families were determined in the study area.
