Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate its treatability with Electroflotation process which is an important part in advanced treatment technologies by determining the pollution loads of Kahta town center urban wastewater that untreated discharged to the surface water bed of Adıyaman province Kahta district Yuzuncu Yıl Pond. Within the scope of the study, it was compared with other treatment processes and the appropriate operating conditions were determined by monitoring changes in concentrations pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, conductivity, salinity, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), ammonium (NH4+), Total Solid Matter, suspended solids (SS), volatile suspended solids (VSS), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), color, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical oxygen demand (COD) during the treatment of urban wastewater treated by electroflotation proses with raw wastewater. FT-IR analyzes of the solid material were carried out and SEM-EDX images were taken in order to be able to make predictions about the workable characterization of the solid formed by the process.
