Abstract (EN)
In this study; Ag, Au and Pt NPs were synthesized using green synthesis and they were optimized, and characterized. To synthesize NPs, quail eggs' yolk, which are rich in biochemicals like protein and vitamin, were used. For this purpose, we determined the effect of some biochemical parameters such as pH, temperature, time, and metal ion concentration in order to optimize the synthesis conditions of Ag, Au and Pt NPs. According to the received results; optimum reaction time for synthesis of Ag, Au and Pt NPs were 3 h, 4 h and 4 h, respectively. We also determined that optimum pH for synthesis of Ag, Au, and Pt NPs were pH:8.0, pH:7.0 and pH:6.0, respectively. Moreover, the optimum temperature measured was as room temperature which requires less energy. Optimum concentrations were also determined for synthesis of Ag, Au, and Pt NPs using 5 mM, 0.5 mM and 5 mM, respectively. After green synthesis and optimization process, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, X-Ray Diffraction, and Scanning Electron Microscope were used in order to characterize Ag, Au, and Pt NPs synthesized with green synthesis method. Average sizes of synthesized Ag, Au and Pt NPs which remained stable for 10 days were 60 nm, 73 nm ve 27.3 nm. As a result; we confirmed that green synthesis of Ag, Au, and Pt NPs by using quail eggs' yolk had more advantages than other biological and chemical methods due to less energy requirement and high-yield in obtaining of nanoparticles. Moreover, antimicrobial properties of obtained Ag, Au ve Pt NPs were tested on Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Pediococcus acidilactici, Staphylococcus aureus and Aeribacillus pallidus (P26).
