Abstract (EN)
Agrobacterium tumefaciens is a gram-negative bacteria with oxygen-free breathing which grows uncontrollably in plants. The dielectric properties of Agrobacterium Tumefaciens with LBA4404 and AGL1 strains have been investigated by dielectric spectroscopy (Novocontrol Alpha-A Dielectric / Empedance Anlyzer) in a wide frequency range (0.1 - 106 Hz) depending on the antibiotic with different doses and the possible polarization mechanisms in the structure have been determined.
