Abstract (EN)

İn this study, by looking at Turkey's socio-economic development process, the connection between public institutions and the philosophy of Ahi which is dating back to the 13th century have been investigated. The need for a professional institution under the roof of the state, which takes into account the rights and interests of professionals with professional qualifications working in trades, craftsmen and professional services, has been identified in this research. The advantages and disadvantages of membership to professional organizations are discussed in the framework of the need for organization and the moral integrity of the profession based on the principle of volunteering-legal obligation. The principle of compulsory membership for public institutions and organizations in Turkey, Konya Pharmacists were evaluated as a result of interviews with pharmacists who are the members of the association. In addition, the work performances of the members of the public institutions and their contributions to the national economy were evaluated as a result of the interviews.
