Abstract (EN)

Religions regulate the relationship of man with the holy. The religion of Islam not only regulates the relationship of man with the holy, but also regulates the relations of man with other beings. It directly or indirectly interferes with human life. The most important element at the point where it is directly involved is the verses that contain provisions. The term "ahkâm verses" is used for these verses. In this study, a number of methods such as graduality and abrogation, which are executed while sending down the verses of provisions are examined. With the examination of these methods, the existence of a different method that is followed in the descent of the provisions is tried to be determined. It is deemed appropriate to name the method of identification and discovery in this method, and in this context, definitions of the concepts of identification and discovery are given. Afterwards, the proofs and wisdom of the existence of detention and discovery are handled in the sending down of the provisions. In the last section, examples from ahkâm verses and evaluations are given within the framework of this method. As a result, it is proposed to apply the method of diagnosis and compensation determined at the descent of the provisions to those who later had some habits at the disease level among those who were Muslims. In this context, societies' charges will be ensured by applying the provisions in a sequence similar to the order applied in their descent, taking into account the situation of individuals and communities, and not applying provisions within their last forms.
