Abstract (EN)
It is a reality that has been in every society since the first human being covering certain parts of the body for natural, innate, customary or religious reasons. The implemantation of this varies from community. Covering is determined according to traditions in some societies. Its implementation was determined according to the traditions. The rules of the religion has been active in socities that belong to divine religions. The meaning framework of Quran verses about Hijab (Veiling) have been a subject which has been studied on them termly. ''Hijab (Veiling) In Quran Within The Framework Of Juristic Tafsirs'' titled thesis approached hijab(veiling) subject in two steps. In the first step, the Mecca verses were discussed which constitute the substructure of hijab(veiling) coming up in the process of hijab(veiling) to be compulsory. On these verses, emphasis is placed on the mentad and moral foundations of hijab (veiling), as in other matters concerning human and society, it has been emphasised on important targets like a clean life from all aspects and piousness(taqwa). In this way, the interlocutor has been mentally prepared fort he order of (hijab) veiling.In the second step, the Medina verses were discussed which decrees hijab(veiling) and which explains its framework. When studied on the verses related with the subject, it has been seen that for a moral society Quran firstly decreed to men and then to women to have their gaze. Additionally to this, Quran established rules comprising some regulations for women about their behaviour like clothing, talking and walking in order to be protected from the ill wills of the people who have mischief in their hearts.
