Abstract (EN)

In this study,firstly we explanied The Leadership, Organizational Conflict Management Style and Burnout in detailst . In this thesis, "The effect of leadership behavior style on organizational conflict and burnout levels of the leaders" who work in textile sector in the companies operating in textile sector were investigated.. In order to determine the relationship between perceived leadership behavior styles and organizational conflict and burnout levels of organizations, a survey based on 392 people randomly selected from Kahramanmaraş City who are working in textile factories.In this study a questionnaire form consisting of three scales was used. There are 78 questions in the questionnaire. These questions consist of 5-point Likert-type scale. To analyze the datas of reseach, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 25.0 and Amos 20 programs were used . Then, the findings of the analysis were evaluated. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a positive relationship between perceived leadership behavior styles and organizational conflict. There was a negative correlation between perceived leadership behavior styles and employee burnout levels.
